  I had arrived for a friend’s birthday dinner a couple minutes after my friend who was already seated at the table, waiting for me. The hostess asked for the name which I proceeded to answer and the hostess gave me a look as if I did not belong at the restaurant. I proceeded to call my friend to confirm the name on the reservation. The two hostesses then claimed my friend did not have a reservation (my friend had a confirmation email). They did not escort me to my friend’s table but rather pointed me into a general direction. I walked into that direction and did not see my friend, so I walked all over the restaurant looking for her. Once seated, the waitress came over and took our orders. Once the food arrived, the waitress was not attentive and came by once every 20-30 minutes. We had to flag someone down for the check. Once I gave the waitress my card to pay, the waitress went to the back with my card for TWENTY MINUTES. What could someone be doing with my card for that long? I was not impressed by the service at all. Please train your staff to be more attentive and welcoming!

  The vibes and the atmosphere were top tier for the area. The prices good the food items were a little bit of a shocker, but I had to quickly remind myself that this was a hotel restaurant. Not sure if I would partake in eating at the restaurant knowing that I drove through downtown in Buckhead to get here, but I would recommend it to friends in the area.

  I came here for a birthday dinner on the patio, and it was absolutely beautiful. This was my first visit, and I loved every minute of it. Our waiter, Penelope, was amazing, so patient and attentive, and she even recommended a great mocktail for me. The manager was wonderful as well, turning on the outdoor heater, checking in on us, and even bringing items out personally. Service was quick, and the food and drinks were excellent. For the view and the overall aesthetic, I found the prices very reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Three of us went here for my pre-birthday drinks. If under the right name, our bartender was Rafa. He happily tipped himself 22% on our bill of only three drinks, saying we were a large party on the tab. We ordered drinks at the bar, left the tab open, then went and sat outside, so we are unsure of why he decided to do this. We asked for an itemized receipt and it took him two times to give us the correct amount (we initially saw the correct amount on the screen on the register before he added it). Disappointed to say the least.

  TERRIBLE! I have had a few business events here and will NEVER go back. If I could leave 0stars I would. On my birthday night, I went with 2 friends and first thing the staff did upon arrival was take my balloon and tell me I could have it back after I dine. Fine. Weird but fine. Then we eat (takes a Millenium to get our food after we order), then we go to leave and some small woman with the face resembling a gremlin (who had been snarling at me all night) says they popped my balloon and it’s in the trash. My friend who bought me this balloon was rightfully upset, and this (beta-male) manager condescendingly says, “Send us a receipt and we’ll pay for your balloon.” The staff was overall miserable and lazy. I will never go back. Thanks for a memorable birthday. Poor management can sink a business. That manager needs to be fired.
