- MRMissy RAug 7, 20211.0I was really wanting Baskin Robbins ice cream today. I drove 25 miles from home to get it. I was so disappointed in the service that I didn't even order ice cream. We walked in and there were only two people sitting down finishing up and one car in the drive thru. There were at least 5 employees there and no one waited on us. We stood there about 5 minutes and finally a lady came over with her mask down putting on gloves asking if someone had waited on us. We explained to her that there was a woman. Getting ice cream when we walked up but that no one had waited on us. Another employee yelled from the other side counter that "she was making a milk shake. She wasn't waiting on them I don't know what they talking about". I was astonished by the attitude and I walked out. I will not return. This is not the type of service I expected from Baskin-Robbins.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
