My food was served on an appetizer plate, a 22-oz steak which was lukewarm, the baked potato placed on the edge of the plate, and they forgot my green beans. I was forced to request another wine glass, as the original glass was dirty. Upon bringing this to the manager's attention, she displayed an unpleasant (you're bothering me) attitude and walked away from the table prior to me completing my statement. We continued to enjoy each other's company and understood why we don't eat at Outback. Bella's customer service was pleasant and attentive. We appreciate her patience throughout this process as a new server. We noticed other staff members (5) standing in the back exit door looking, laughing, and doing absolutely nothing. Advice from working families: Please be mindful of how you treat your customers.
