All times I've come in after placing a mobile order, just to be told "you can't pick it up, our system is down." If your system goes down for an hour or two every night, you're not a 24 hour store. Stop accepting mobile orders and PAYMENT when you know you won't fulfill them. Wasting people's time and effort. Just close for the hour or 2, do all the stuff you want, and then reopen. Also they can't seem to get breakfast orders right. Multiple times they give me the wrong thing, and they also don't pick up the phone. They send calls straight to the franchise owners who can't fix any of your problems.

Never will order the food ever again where I ate burger and fries which are causing me end up in ER right after ate for 15min then turn into a disaster.
