Whe. I managed the mcdonalds in colorado in castle Rock i would never do this to someone. I would offer something or try to make it better but na im just screwd and they just get all rude with me like im in the wrong for even pulling around and coming in to figure it out. Literally took my almost an hour to find this out sence the drive threw lady was to grumpy to even talk to me I had to way for another lady that was running food to ask if I need help cuz she seen me there standing at the registers for so long. It's a shame fr I hope ppl see this and stop going so they close down and we can get something that dont do this like a Chick-fil-A

She explained that the manager was busy and I would need to wait until she was available. 12 minutes later the manager comes. Mind you, I went inside because the drive-through was backed up.
