    I ordered online, was advised my order was ready. When I arrived, only one of the two orders I placed was ready and at the front. The attendant Kimmie then went to the back to grab my other order. When she returned, I requested itemized receipts for both orders. (for meal reimbursement purposes) She then advised she could not give me a receipt. Online orders costs more although the website states "save $2 by ordering directly with Lemongrass". Additionally, I requested ginger sauce on the side. There was a lovely note on the print out that stated "It doesn't come with that!" no problem.... I also did not receive the soup that DOES come with the meal. My steak was also medium rare NOT medium WELL as requested. See photo below. Either way, my experience ….leaves something to be desired.

    10/10 !!! Blue Hawaiian roll, fried rice, pad Thai and more. All of it excellent!

    We had 11 in our party. One on one attention. They took great care of our entire table. Ate here just passing through town and would definitely recommend 👌. If we are ever back in town we will visit again.

    Ordered fried spring rolls and RN12 Red Curt fried rice. Eggrolls decent but added beef ,scallops and glass noodles to RN12 but got cheated. "Customer Favorite "!! They gave me extraa rice and noodles but frugal with the extra i paid for added proteins. " Very light protein with no seasoning " the food was Mid not worth the price. Gave it a chance cause of ratings but they didn't impress me. Try them out

    Friday, My family and I visit this establishment. While sitting at the table the waiter came with our drinks and it was bugs in the drink. We requested a manager which she came and said it was nothing she could do about it. I will never visit this establishment again. Since it won't let me reply back to the message sent, I never spoke with a manager I left after the second bug appeared in the glass. Now if your fine with having bugs in your drinks possibly food, that's fine with me I just want you clean your establishment so it won't happen again.
