While I wouldn’t say they have the best food in town, I would say they deliver the same quality food I expect each time and it is well worth the price. Service here is always extremely fast and staff are friendly. Would recommend to everyone. My rankings of just a few Mexican restaurants in the area: Sapo’s > El Carrizo > El Vaquero

Party beside me got their food and to go boxes once they were done eating. I guess they only serve based on who they think will tip more. Always has been and always will be a mediocre restaurant.
