Not sure what they're doing at this franchise.... but they need to do better. This is ridiculous. It's been a long time since I have been to this particular mcdonald's...... and it will be a long time before I return and try again. If I could have turned back and took that sandwich back to them, I would have. Won't be going back to this location.

I ordered a steak egg and cheese biscuit and was highly disappointed when I got home and realized my biscuit had no steak in it. How am I supposed to eat a biscuit with nothing but egg and a slice of cold stiff cheese? I tried calling the number and no one answered. Did the survey on the receipt and the only thing that gets me is a BOGO sandwich. The last thing I wanna do is go spend my money there again and potentially get a wrong order again. No thanks.
