  Ordered 2 pizzas and when I arrived I was asked if I wanted to check my pizza. I said no and that it should be fine and left. It was made incorrectly and when asked to remake the manager on duty stated that since I didn't check it that I couldn't get a remake. It's wild that someone can think that it's the customer's fault that they did their jobs wrong. Note to others, check your pizza before you leave or they'll blame you for it 🤣

  I want to review just how wonderful, polite and professional the Manager was. My pick up order was missing my extra sauces. I made sure they were on my receipt. I then phoned in to the Cartersville location. Spoke with the Manager. She responded exactly how every customer would want someone to respond. You can tell, she cared how people do their job. I have forgotten her name. Which I'm feel bad about. (I had a hectic day) She offered to replace my missing sauces. She understood how those missing sauces could affect our experience. She was very relatable. In being Professional, she made it very clear it was not acceptable. I really appreciated it. The fact that it was just, 2 extra sauces, was not a trivial thing to her. I Just wanted to post a very favorable review, as many times we only post negative experiences. This manager wants all customers orders to be Spot On. I am looking forward to my next order.

  Way overpriced for 12 wings and 1 large pizza. $45... Mediocre at best. The parking lot spaces are terrible and dark. Just very disappointed ☹️

  Picked up a doordash here today waited more than I needed to at the front to get help.Saw my order in the oven grabbed it myself.And the lady was very rude to me for grabbing the order even though I had to wait on her to help me. She expressed how it was a violation.However, you can do the same thing at little caesars.I've done it before with no.Attitude and no rudenessPizza hut needs to get it together or keep a close eye on their employees.

  Do not trust the manager she will lie to you through her teeth. According to the general manager she thinks it is too sketchy to let her drivers deliver to someone's job even if it is an open business with security cameras in a well lit parking lot she cleaned it was too sketchy to send her drivers in that I should order through doordash or ubereats. So if you're trying to order to your job and it has a parking lot or anywhere that has a parking lot this manager will not let her delivery drivers bring you your food. Also it's better to go online because according to the manager if you try to order on the phone over half the stuff that's actually on the website according to her does not exist but yet the website lets you order it but calling the store the manager will tell you it's no longer a product they offer. I've had so many bad experiences and I had an extremely long conversation with this manager and she assured me nothing like this would ever happen again and that she was appreciative that we didn't go to corporate and that we came to her and we told her we didn't even want our food place we were just tired of paying a delivery fee them never showing up in me having to still drive to the store for every order even though I was charged for delivery. I have finally had enough because I thought this manager would actually stay true to her word and that she cared about her customers but in reality they're just don't want to work they will refuse orders just because there's a parking lot attached to where it's being delivered until you food doesn't even exist even though you're looking at it on their website. Your best bet would be to go to anywhere else that offered pizza and stay as far away from this place in this manager as you can.
