    Our order was missing items. Ordered shakes with no cool whip, however, the both had it. Fries seemed to be refried and tasted bad. The cherry cream pie was cold and not cooked. The food in general was horrible. Will never stop at this McDonald's again.

    We have almost stopped using McDonald’s because so many force you to use the kiosk in order to order unless you just wait forever for someone to wait on you at the register. We stopped at this McDonald’s and we had excellent service. We didn’t much more than walk-in and a young gentleman said how can I help you. I fail to get his name, but he was very nice and we got our food fast.

    Today around 4: 35 PM stopped to get the Grinch Big Mac meal. 12/3. I get the food home and my fries were not cooked long enough nor was the box filled. So I got small fries in a large container. My burger was gross and they did not put cheese on it nor the pickles and the bun looked like it was taken out of a bread bag. My husband’s cheeses burgers buns looked darker and better. The patties were not the same size n slid off the bun . Realized later no cheese. The burgers on mine for sure not cooked long enough. The car in front of me waited n waited for their order. Why were they not told to pull up.
