    Food should have been steaming hot for as long as I had to wait. But it was not and then I was missing a burger had to go inside because there was a line around the drive-thru. And they made me feel like it was my fault. Just moved to sugar Hill but will not be coming here again

    How are you going to not take the receipts that you do surveys on for a buy one get one when it came from your store. I have lived in Sugar Hill for 26 years and I usually drive all the way to the one at Lawrenceville Suwanee and this is why every experience I have had at this store is absolutely ridiculous. If something isn't done soon y'all will be shut down because everybody I know goes to any of them except for this one

    Came here tonight to get food since I got home late and got me and my wife both a meal we got home and started eating and lo and behold a COCKROACH LEG!! Fried up in her fry’s don’t believe me here’s a photo can’t believe this after we found it I tried calling back to back 3 times with no answer let’s just say I won’t be eating here no more I expected more from my home town McDonalds
