Michelle was awesome! They were busy of course being a Saturday night, but Michelle was still very attentive to our needs. She’s very funny and personable and an amazing server. I hope to get her as our server next time we come back to this location :)
The food was great too. I ordered a ribeye with the roasted garlic butter 10/10 🤌

Our visit began well as we were sat quickly but ended poorly. We spent our visit waiting over 30minutes for our meals. No one - not our server or the front of the house manager- came to check on us or explain why the meals we taking so long. We sat around and watched the other patrons around us receive their meals and even close out their checks and we still had no meals on our table. The manager we spoke to was only apologetic and only came and said anything to us AFTER we requested to speak to him…
It’s one thing for the kitchen to be “backed up” but a totally different thing for no one to say anything about it nor offer any real remedy for the inconvenience which is made the experience poor. Take your business to Longhorn across the street. Maybe the customer service is better.

2nd time we had dinner at this location
.1st time was a good experience. Tonight was not. I ordered small filet, baked potato with butter & sour cream, salad with ranch dressing. Salad came with blue cheese, potato was fully loaded with extras and steak had a bad taste as if it had been setting out too long. Tried to eat and not cause an issue. My wife ordered the salad with steak on top. She has a broken wrist so I have to cut her food. Very tough to cut and said too tough to eat. She worked her way through what she could. The finale straw was cutting her a piece of bread with butter and it had a long hair attached. So we paid &57.64 left $10 cash tip for waitress and left very dissatisfied.i do not recommend this restaurant and will not go back!

My wife wanted a good steak so I said lets try the new Outback. She went online to waitlist us. We arrived at 6;00 PM Friday and it was extremely busy understandably wait about 30 minutes for a table no worries. Our waitress was very nice and overall did a good job. We ordered our food at 6:35 the food did not come out until 7:45 a little long but ok there busy, the steaks were 6oz filets each steak had about a 1/4 of fat most filets are all meat. I had a lobster tail when I tasted it something was not right my wife said it smelled funny I agreed I did not eat it for fear of getting sick. I am not one to complain but when I mentioned it to our waitress she said the scrimp would have been a better choice. Not what I wanted to hear she should have said I"m sorry can I get you something else she was not concerned that it was probably spoiled. Anyway not a good experience for $100 dollar meal. Not a good start for a new restaurant since Longhorn is across the street and I have never had a bad meal there.

My husband and I came here for a monthly date night. I knew it would have been crowded and a little wait due to it being on a Friday night so we waited closer to 7:30 to go. I put our names down on the list and was told I would receive a text when our table was ready. I was told the wait was for 40-45 mins. During that time I didn’t know how their system worked, if I was supposed to get a text to let me know I was on the list or a text that said hey you signed up to be notified when your table would be ready. I never received anything. So after about an hour of waiting I called and was told they paged me several times (whatever that meant) and to come on in because they had a table ready. I came in and asked them what they meant by paged me and they said they notified by text. I informed them I got no text. That was very frustrating. Their hostess should do a better job explaining their wait system especially if they are taking customers numbers for them to be notified.
Now onto the service and food:
My husband and I ordered their blooming fried shrimp for an appetizer. That was amazing. It was well seasoned, the portion size was great and the temperature of the shrimp were perfect. For our entrees my husband ordered the half pound outback burger which he enjoyed. I ordered the 6 oz Victoria's filet mignon and lobster with a baked potato and Caesar salad. My meal was so delicious. The steak was so good and my lobster was very satisfying. The portion size for my entree was great. I would have appreciated the temperature of my food be a bit hotter though. It seemed maybe my food was a tad bit lukewarm or had been sitting for a few minutes before being served. I like my food to be hot (just like how our appetizer was served). Our server was very polite, pleasant and attentive. Overall I would come back here to enjoy their amazing food.
