  Made a 4:30 pm reservation so we would have plenty of time to make the 7:00 pm comedy show up the street. Never got to the entrees. Drinks to 20 minutes to arrive. Then another 30 minutes for the appetizers. Then another 20-30 minutes for water refill. Never was offered bread. Checked on our entrees several times. Was told they are on their way and that there are other guest ahead of you are still waiting on their meals. At 6:45 pm requested a bill for the drinks and appetizers. Some resistance to comply. They wanted us to stay until the entrees arrived, another 20-30 minutes or so...A cook actually came out to try explain the situation. Not to apologize or offer anything; just some attitude.

  Just stopped in before going to a concert to pick up drinks and bites before, unaware of just how lively this spot would be! Brittney was amazing: offering great recommendations while answering all our queries with such positivity and friendliness. Loved their old-fashioned and shrimp kisses...excellent service in an amazing atmosphere!

  Pretty disappointing first time. $50 for a steak. I ordered medium, it took about 45 minutes to cook and arrived well done. We didn't have time to wait, so I just let the waiter know, but nothing was actually done, no resolution. The order also arrived in 2 waves, 4 plates then 7 minutes later another 4. For these prices, I expect significantly better. Even outback wouldnt have let that steak leave the kitchen. Maybe they are better at seafood but still for these prices they need fine dining trained staff.

  I’m still waiting for a response about my refund. I visited your Philadelphia Pa restaurant. Order fried shrimp and a dessert and tea. It was a takeout. Paid $49 plus a $5 tip cash. Never received the dessert. I called and also went back to get a refund for the dessert that I didn’t get. That was October 9, 2025. I’ve called corporate several times and filled out form online. It’s now October 30, 2025. No response. WHY ISN’T THIS TAKEN CARE OF. The manager said because I paid cash and that it happened the night prior he couldn’t refund my money. Contact corporate. Well I did! This is RIDICULOUS! No question I’ll NEVER COME BACK TO ANY OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENTS. Where’s my MONEY!

  The quality of food is not there, especially for the price. I have to admit I haven’t eaten there in years, but decide To have a nice meal before we went to the Hawks game. Service is excellent, very professional and inviting. The staff was very professional and welcoming. Our waitress Carmen was fabulous. But the food no double no. The drinks were great. I had a glass of riesling and my daughter had a root beer. But the food needs a lot of work. The Korean barbecue is shown on the image as if it was dipped in some type of sauce. We get the chicken it was basically chicken tenders cut up. The Brussels sprouts Had great appearance, but lacked in taste. That is my go to dish when dining out. I ordered the shrimp and crabcake dish. The 4 shrimps were seasoned and cooked perfect. The crabcake came out undercooked .So I had them send it back to the kitchen to dry up the wetness some. And when I literally racked it off my plate because you could not pick it up. It left all the wet white filling sauce on my plate. When they brought it back, it definitely was better and it was still moist on the inside, so it was definitely undercooked. But the food truly lacked quality. I remember eating here before many of games years ago, and it was definitely worth it. But not now.
