But I was there yesterday, just before closing, and not only is half of the store out of order and closed, but the staff was barely attentive. I had to ask twice to get help because the register girl was so busy on her phone. And the two ladies who make sandwiches were just sitting in the back resting. Then when I got my sandwich home it was missing All the cranberry sauce I normally love about it and the meat was barely a few slices of thin sliced. And then when I took a bite, it tasted like soap. I don't know whether the ladies forgot to clean the countertop well or their gloves but it was disgusting!! I had to throw it away. If anyone reads this from the company, I want my money back. I hope you put more effort into your store. I used to be a regular customer and I will not be coming back until things change. I should have known by the state of the store not to order. But you had never let me down before. I also did not get my receipt as requested.

It's right by the LEGOLAND play area and the movie theater, so it was super easy to hang out with my kid and grab a bite after. Perfect spot for a fun family day!

I’m shocked and disgusted by the blatant disregard for cleanliness and food safety. Cockroaches were flying around the food prep area, and dead ones were scattered on the floor. One almost landed in a customer's head! The staff seemed unbothered, and to make matters worse, they refused to refund my money.i left the place with no food, of course! It's appalling that a business with such basic issues is allowed to operate, especially in a luxury mall alongside high-end stores. The contrast is staggering. Until they address these serious concerns, I'd advise others to take their business (and appetite) elsewhere.
