The Capitol One experience was terrible due a rude customer (white man) speaking loudly to the two Capitol One black young women representatives. He slammed down something on the counter that caught my attention. He didnt need to be rude to them but he was extremely unprofessional. Please be sure to provide the training and support to the young ladies to inform them that they can politely decline helping a rude and dramatic customer if they are being disrespected.

Kev greeted with a kind welcoming smile as always. He was able to open a new account for me which I really needed. He knew what he was doing and made the process super easy! Also, gave me some information about other Capital One services.

I have to share my experience with Capital One regarding a very detailed and sophisticated security and safety precaution.
On or about January 3, 2026, I had a large amount of a debit from my card to pay for an item along with conducting a Split payment. The cashier documented this charge as a GIFT CARD, which to me was unusual when it was not a gift card but a money order.
That said, Capital One put a hold on my account and my funds for my protection. They sent me a message in the APP. After speaking with them and verifying this was a purchase I made, it was to me impressive with this type of security. OUTSTANDING!!
Thank you to CRISTINA and ALL Capital One Employees Involved, I.D. 825940.
GREAT SECURITY!

My experience today was nothing short of a public embarrassment, thanks to an employee named Kevin. He refused to honor the voucher from the bank that the system had clearly processed, without providing any justification whatsoever. When I tried to understand the situation, he was dismissive and created an incredibly awkward scene right in public. His attitude was completely unprofessional and made me feel humiliated.
Thankfully, Britney stepped in. She was helpful, clarified the situation immediately, and ensured the order was processed correctly. Britney genuinely understands customer service.
I sincerely hope Capital One takes this matter seriously. Kevin's behavior was unacceptable, and he desperately needs proper coaching on customer interaction and being a representative for your company. His conduct was a disservice to the brand.

The banking customer service was great, but if this is the quality of food that Capital One Cafe has to offer then they need not to serve food. This sandwich looks nothing like the picture and definitely not worth almost the $11 that I was charged. There was nothing roasted about the sliced luncheon meat they used and it didn’t even taste that great…waste of my money.
