They were very understaffed, and they were mixing up people's orders left and right. I ordered online and the app said that my order would be done in 20- minutes, but it ended up taking over an hour. However, this was not the main issue. The issue was that nobody was wearing gloves while handling the food nor did I see a single worker wash their hands. I would not recommend ordering from this pizza hut unless you want to get food poisoning.

I called the Americus Ga store a second time and she didn’t answer the phone. I have terrible customer service everytime I attempt to eat at this place!
