The staff will literally make you stand & wait on them. While they are out smoking or doing whatever it is. The lobby can be completely clear & your pizza clearly ready. And they just have no urgency. Not to mention they skimp on your toppings. So your best bet to have a perfect pizza is double up on toppings. Food is good when you get what you want & pay for what you want. And ths staff has potential if they put customer service first. Again this pizza hut was my favorite for years until recently 💔

I have been a dedicated pizza hut supporter for many decades and can say this was the worst experience I've ever had at any of them. This was the first time visiting this store and will definitely be the last.
