  The entrance door is constantly slammed, and the cleaning crew through the utensils into the bin from 4 feet away making it impossible to relax. Not to mention the construction across the street. Could not be louder or more annoying.

  I’ve been coming to Maman regularly, and I had to leave a review specifically for Tomas. He is hands-down one of the best baristas I’ve encountered. I’m quite picky about my cappuccinos/lattes, and Tomas makes them consistently amazing every single time. Tomas actually learned to make espresso in Italy, and that authentic expertise shines through in every cup - the foam is always perfectly velvety, the temperature is spot on, and the latte art (as you can see) is a nice touch that shows he really cares about the details. It’s rare to find a barista who delivers that level of quality and consistency while being so friendly and welcoming.

  I ordered a breakfast bowl and the pistachio pastry from here today - the food was so bad it made me sick. Literally. I understand people enjoy a quaint atmosphere, but this is not it, the service is terrible at times and the food, again, made me sick. I would give zero stars for the food alone if I could.

  Terrible service, they took almost 15 minutes to make my latte and did NOT make my art at all like I asked her 🥺 they only had one girl there with no barista experience, I had high hopes in this place cause it looks fancy but is not, everyone else was complaining just like me, the older lady took too long and the girl working by herself and no barista experience why would you do that to your business and your clients ? This place is such a scam I will never go back again EVER, so if you’re thinking of going to a coffee shop please avoid this one! 🚨also the coffee taste bad but it was the girl who doesn’t have barista experience to my advice is to hire new people with a lot of barista experience and not just one but two that’ll be be awesome, fast service, better taste, better coffee are!

  rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so frustrating that staying silent would feel dishonest. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. I stood at the counter for several minutes. While two of the ladies cut me off and the cashier had audacity to tell me that i need to wait. Even tho i told her that she cut me off I'm very disappointed it was not worth the money and the other guy took my order he didn’t even bother to ask that if I need my food heat up or not very disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are too many other businesses that value their customers’ time and treat people with respect.
