  I was honestly skeptical about trying this Italian restaurant since I’ve been let down so many times before, but wow, I’m glad we went. From the moment we walked in, the manager (forgot his name, but I’ll update when I remember) was incredible. He made us feel genuinely welcomed, like we were stepping into his own home. Super attentive and super warm. The food was fantastic, way better than I expected, and the cocktails were amazing for the price, every sip was worth it. And to top it all off, the manager even brought us a complimentary gift. Little touches like that go a long way. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

  We brought our 97-year-old mother and her dear friend to our favorite neighborhood restaurant, Felice, and had the most wonderful evening. Manager AJ greeted us with genuine warmth and surprised us with two complimentary appetizers — both absolutely delicious! Our main courses were outstanding, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. To top it off, AJ and his team treated us to two mouthwatering desserts. Their kindness and the way they made our elderly guests feel special truly touched us. A big thank-you to AJ, Enrique, and our lovely server Ariana for making this night unforgettable. Felice embodies gracious hospitality and excellent cuisine — we can’t wait to return!

  I’ve heard great things about Felice, so I was excited to dine here with my friend. The atmosphere is very relaxing, with dim lighting throughout the restaurant. All the staff, including Marleny R, were wonderful. I enjoyed an Anita for my drink, which was a little fruity and delicious. For my main course, the Conchiglie Al Salmone was absolutely delicious. My dinner was filled with flavor and very filling. I would certainly dine here again. There is an included service charge of 20%, regardless of the party size.

  We have been clients at the Port Chester Felice since it opened and recently moved to the Palm Beach area. We were having trouble making a reservation on Resy and so we contacted our managers Antonio, and Alana, to let them know that we were coming to dine at West Palm - and they rolled out the red carpet. The manager greeted us and brought complementary wine to start our dining experience. The service was really fantastic and they treated us like VIPs, because we were frequent visitors at Felice in Port Chester NY. The restaurant is absolutely stunning, with a contemporary and elevated level of design, as well as excellent cuisine- equal to what we have sampled in Nee York. This was an extremely memorable experience that we look forward to repeating very soon. Thank you again to the team at Felice West Palm for making our dining experience so wonderful!
