  Phenomenal!!! We’ve been to Felice in Roslyn, NY -which we love- but never to this location. We sat outside amongst the sparkly trees across the street and beautiful evening. Eliannys was a perfect server making excellent recommendations. The Ceasar salad was superbly dressed and delicious. My husband loved his fettuccine Alla Bolognese and I was over the moon with my malfade al limone that our server suggested. It was so lemony and creamy and yummy! Can’t wait to return!!

  One of the BEST Italian restaurants in Palm Beach County! This is real Italian food not NY Italian. The interior is beautiful!! And the service is amazing. I truly enjoy Ariana’s service (had her at the bar) she is very knowledgeable about the food as well as the drinks and she is always a joy! The only complaint I have is that I only had the carbonara once and then it was removed from the menu and it was the BEST carbonara I’ve ever had in the US! Please please please bring it back, I dream about it all the time!

  I have been here before for the food and I can tell you with certainty it is delicious! Tonight I came just for a drink at the bar and the bartender was so sweet and funny and she delivered the most amazing service I have received in a long time! As for the atmosphere, Felice offers ambient lighting and a relaxed yet modernized interior design that is genuinely so calming and inviting. I always recommend this place to any of my friends who come to visit West Palm, and truly hope others enjoy it as much as I do. Felice is spectacular!

  Felice means happiness in Italian, but my experience there was more “strana”, or strange, than happy. We walked in and they wanted to sit us in the back table. We asked the hostess if we could sit at a better table, which she agreed to. She then just stood at our table for 20 seconds while we awkwardly waited for her to hand us the menus which she finally did. Before we could look at them though, another person came over to tell us that they needed the table for a reservation and we had to sit in the back. This interaction wasn’t a problem, but the vibes felt off. Once seated, we ordered pasta. My girlfriend has a dairy allergy, and we made sure to remind the waitress repeatedly to note that to the kitchen. Lo and behold her pasta came out loaded with cheese. She offered us a free round of drinks on the house, but my drink was very watery, so I just asked her to just comp our drinks. They honored this request, which was nice of them. I also have to mention our waitress rarely came by to refill our water glasses. When my girlfriend asked if she could refill them, she came back and just refilled just her glass. What? Overall, the food was really good and the ambiance of the actual restaurant was nice. The vibes from the staff though were very off-putting. Weird vibes all around.

  The food was quite good. They need to get their act together with staffing and proper staff training. I blame the owners, whoever they are. The young people are trying - but they seem to have one guy who is maitre d, manager and bartender. Also, adding a 20% fee for all parties is ok but must be disclosed orally to customers. Nice atmosphere
