- MQM QJul 13, 20255.0Food was amazing. John himself came to say hi to our table. All of the waiters were so nice! We had the breakfast bowl (subbed chicken sausage) and oxtail quesadilla. The potatoes in the breakfast bowls were the crispiest potatoes I've ever had. Can popcorn a potato? That's how crispy this was. My husband had the oxtail quesadilla and it came with a delicious red bean sauce and yellow rice. Very delicious. The table across from us had a beautiful looking french toast that I will try next time. The music was incredibly loud - I didn't want to ask but it could be turned down. I had to keep asking the waiter to repeat herself because I could not hear - but she was very patient.

They were seasoned to perfection, the oxtail was so tender, and the grits were so creamy, together it just melted in your mouth 😋 Peach cobbler is my favorite dessert to say the least the peach cobbler French toast was on point! Also, the chicken & red velvet waffles were everything I imagined it to be. The chicken was hot, fresh, and flavorful, and the waffles, drizzled with cream cheese (whew), were so fluffy there was no need for syrup. And I washed it all down with a passion fruit mimosa. This place is a whole vibe, the music was nice, and the wait staff was pleasant. The owner is very nice, he came out to every table to ask how we enjoyed our meal. I will definitely be returning
