Both times were exceptional, the food plentiful, prepared to perfection and super delicious and the staff were so attentive and the atmosphere was wonderful. We ate inside once and outside the second time! I also got a special birthday treat which made my special day even more so! I’ll definitely be back on my next trip there!

We ordered a side of rice for the table that was rock-hard and undercooked; they removed it from the table but still charged us for it. The steaks came out rare, and the lamb dish was so small it felt more like an appetizer. There wasn’t a manager in sight the entire time to even offer to fix our dishes. Despite the restaurant only having three occupied tables, our meal took over two hours. Overall, a truly disappointing experience.

He is truly exceptional. Even on the rare occasions when he’s not our server, Jacob always recognizes us, stops by our table, and makes sure everything is perfect. Jacob exemplifies outstanding service — he is knowledgeable about the menu, attentive, kind, and genuinely cares about his guests. He always ensures my husband’s meal is prepared perfectly, accommodating his many food allergies with great care. Polo Grill is already a wonderful restaurant, but Jacob’s professionalism and personal touch make every visit extraordinary.
