  I preface this review by saying when we were seated, only TWO tables in our area was sat and that’s including our table. I would like to start by saying that if I could give a 0 star review I would. My wife and I went here on the 11th of November 2025 for reference it is Veterans Day. My wife and I came to celebrate the holiday because I am an active duty Navy sailor. We were told it would take 20 minutes before we would receive a text saying our table was ready and we waited 30 minutes for a text but never received one so decided to come back in to see what the status of our table was. Once we approached we all of a sudden could be seated right away after I witnessed them seating a group of three people that came after us. Once we were seated, we were not given any silverware, no plates and no complimentary bread while we waited over 30 minutes at the table watching other caucasian parties that got seated after us get immediate service. They were given plates, silverware, and bread/butter while we were being repeatedly passed by waitressing and hostess staff. I had enough and asked for a manager to get it sorted out. Eventually a waiter arrived saying it was a miscommunication by the hostess staff not assigning a waiter to our table. Then we witnessed the only other African American couple that was seated in our area have the exact same thing happen to them and if it was not for my wife and I speaking up to the restaurant staff, they also would have had the exact same thing happen to them. They were an older couple seated with no silverware, server assigned or had anyone come at all to take their orders. The food was good but left a bitter taste in my mouth because of just how blatant the discrimination, disrespect, and lack of customer service was to us people of color in this establishment. My wife and I will never be coming back to this location again.

  Christ this place is bad man. Every single time I come here for Carryout while im on lunch, they don't get my order right or my food is undercooked. I worked in fine dining for quite some time and that place has a horrible standard. Extended wait times for pasta at lunch time? I got no utensils, stale bread, and I had asked for honey butter which was missing. And the tablets ask for a tip automatically? The lady at the front instructed me to pay the tipped amount! I gladly did a custom tip to 0.00 dollars. I understand the hustle though.

  Today, after work, we decided to celebrate my birthday, and I selected Outback Steakhouse. Unfortunately, the experience was rather disappointing. Upon being seated, I waited for over 10 minutes without any service. Subsequently, another group arrived and was immediately attended to by a server. This group comprised four individuals, which might have influenced the prioritization, though I personally value quality of service. I then approached the host to request a manager, explaining my concerns. The host simply informed me that the server attending to the other table was not assigned to me. Regardless of server assignments, I had been waiting at my table for 10 minutes, expecting at least a drink offer. I believe it is important to patronize establishments where one's patronage is valued, which is why I advocate for supporting local businesses.
