We were ignored at their counter so moved to a kiosk which locked up and it was several minutes before help came while others arriving after us were quickly helped at the counter. Manager was not in site or ignored the situation. Nearly 20 minutes later we asked for our money back. The counter person said it was only 17 minutes. Still too long for an order when people arriving after were fulfilled. Never will go back there!

They ran out of clean trays. Out of buffalo ranch sauce. I had to ask for catsup for my fries. Want 4 or 5 stars? Get more help + smile more in your face and words!
