  Our waitress asked us to close out our bill, explaining that she had been told to take a break. She presented it as a management decision. The timing was extremely inconvenient—our food had just arrived, and we were taking our first bites. My husband had cheese and grease from his burger all over his fingers, yet the waitress stood at our table waiting for our credit card. We technically could have declined, but she made it sound like it was required by management, and we didn’t want to be rude. We weren’t going to say anything at first, but by the end of the meal it still felt very inappropriate. We’ve been asked many times in the past to close out during server shift changes, and that has never been a problem. However, it should not happen while someone is actively eating with their hands covered in food. My husband who was wearing light khaki pants had to awkwardly finish his bite and clean his hands for a couple of minutes before he could even reach for his wallet. We asked to speak with the manager to understand whether this was something she had requested. It took her far too long to come over, especially considering the restaurant was nearly empty. She seemed unaware and said she leaves those decisions to the bar staff. Unfortunately, her attitude toward us was extremely rude. Regardless of whether she knew what happened, we are paying customers and deserved to be spoken to respectfully. She had an overall dismissive attitude and acted as though she didn’t want to be bothered. To make matters worse, we observed the manager brushing her hair inside the restaurant, right in front of the bar, which is positioned directly in front of the open kitchen. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and disappointing. Never an establishment we would recommend to others.

  This place is amazing, the verity of burgers is amazing, a little bit of everything. The fact that it was open and the air was coming in perfect weather for this. The food was good the colossal burger was amazing and soo good the portions are great .

  .using volume was under control, TVs could be seen but sound not competing with music, and fun mixture of seating options. Reasonably priced and good attention to food quality by the manager.

  This place might’ve just ruined all other chicken sandwiches for me! Crispy, juicy, and probably capable of solving most of life’s problems. 🐔🔥. Food was amazing & the atmosphere was a perfect mix of “vacation mode” and “I might never leave.” 10/10!!

  I've been here before and it was good, however today was a bummer. I ordered my kids burger "loaded" and it came plain. The soup I ordered was not available on this day which is totally fine however the beer cheese I got instead was lumpy and warm if at best. Looked like it had been scraped off the bottom of the pan from yesterday. To make it all even better, I wasn't given a spoon. Guess that's ok since I didn't want to eat it any way.
