My girlfriend and I were out on a date, using and spent a $50 gift card I received from my older sister. We ordered their version of a Philly cheesesteak, called the Chopped Cheesesteak Hoagie. The sandwiches were completely unacceptable the steak was raw, the cheese was barely melted, and large parts of both sandwiches were cold. To make matters worse, our server did not check on us for over 45 minutes. When she finally came back and we explained the issues with the food, she had a very snotty and rude attitude toward us. At that point, we asked to order something else from the menu. She took the order, but it took another 10 minutes just to get drink refills, and then an additional 45 minutes before the replacement food arrived. Between the poor food quality, the extreme wait times, and the unprofessional attitude of the server, this experience completely ruined our night. We were extremely unhappy and frustrated, and we will never be returning.

However I got home opened up my poutine to be wildly disappointed... deep fried herb cheese curds sprinkled on top of gravy and fries.... was unaware and not labeled as fried curds on top... they dont melt the same especially when put on top of the gravy and fried curds on French fries just to much oil...hope they update the recipe
