Food wqs hot but I ordered a 20pc chicken nugget w BBQ sauce. They had a honey cup on the receipt and I never got honey nor any BBQ sauce. A bit annoying to find out when your 15mins away

So sick of this. This is not a toddler toy. Don't put the option on the kiosk if you're not going to have it or provide it. I can forgive the giving me the wrong burger, apologies we're made and I left with the right burger. But out of all the times I've marked for a toddler toy (6-7 times) I've received it once. I'm just going to stop marking it all together because it's clear no one cares or cares to look at whatever the computer should be inputting.

We ordered meals online for the whole office I work at. We ordered breakfast at 10:05 online. The line was so long and slow. By the time we got to the window, it was past 1030. We were then told, "we cant do your order because its breakfast. " we said we had ordered before 1030. The girl rudely told us basically oh well. " we serving lunch now." Wow, awful service, rude counter employees at a already sub par location. We will not be ordering from there ever again. Skip this location. BTW, my office is literally 0.2 miles up the road. We ordered and showed up 2.mins later. Awful

Order is ALWAYS wrong. Everyone hates their jobs and it shows CLEARLY.
Always missing items and then get a fight when I come to retrieve it. Hire new people. You dont have to love your job. But you do have to hold standard.

It's so messed up how they just did me. I asked for a sandwich plain like I've done my whole life. Don't care for the condiments. Cannot stand onions. As three times was it plain? They said yes. I've already grown the habit of looking before I eat and it was filled with onions. Something told me to look in between the two pieces of meat where the cheese is filled with onions. I don't even see how this kind of thing could happen. Not to mention I'm at work and drove on my way to another job site and now I'm going to have to go back 15 minutes to straighten it out
