I got there 5 minutes earlier than what they said it would be according to the screen act like they were having problems because I sat there for another 6 minutes. After the time expired on the screen I get the pizza. I should have felt it but usually I don't have problems with this place but I get it home and it was cold. Breadsticks were cold. My wife called and they said you want to bring it back down there. Replace it. I don't want to go back down there at 1:00 in the morning

While waiting in the lobby with my 8yr old, a customer became very unnecessarily belligerent and aggressive with Sienna at the register. She maintained her cool and professionalism while being berated by this unruly man. Her coworker Jacob also displayed incredible professionalism in such a tense situation. While the food was great, their customer centric approach was the true star of our experience today.

Crust is missing on some parts, I specifically asked for square cut slices since my toddler won’t eat it any other way & it wasn’t done. The pizza looks horrendous, as if a gallon of oil was poured all over. Ruined my appetite
