  I recently visited their buffet, and while the food was okay, the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was the atmosphere. The person who appeared to be the manager, she kept loudly ordering and scolding the employees in front of customers, which felt very unprofessional and made the environment uncomfortable. Another thing that bothered me was that, while we were in the middle of eating, they came to our table to talk about their breakfast buffet promotions. I understand promoting your business, but doing it while customers are eating felt uncomfortable and disruptive. It seemed like they were more focused on pushing promotions than on customer satisfaction. I would strongly recommend that the management have polite, customer-friendly staff handle interactions and create a more welcoming, calm dining atmosphere. The food itself isn’t bad, but the service and environment need improvement for a better overall experience.

  worst breakfast I have ever had, there was no food in the first place, even though there was an offer the food was utter bad, not even one dish is good. there was no salt in the food, no water, some people even had a fight about the food. Refills are happening for every 20 mins. we have asked for dosa when we came in and that was remained as dream because it didn’t came even after hour and half. I will never suggest this place. oily food, had to wait in the line for 30 minutes and there is no one take our names. very disappointed in the morning. please stop sharing these kind of offers in groups. If the food was good you guys dont need to put these kind of offers. spending 5$ here is better than spending 15$ elsewhere.

  Todays me visited with my family around 8:30 am , buffet was arranged as advirtised , food was plenty enough , amazing taste, all varities of indian break fast was exists, not single thing missed , so no words, hats of to the team for serving with patiently , cutlery was clean & neat , service was polite, i will visit ISA with my kids tomarrow

  Food is absolutely delicious as far as Indian food in the U.S. goes since I have never been to India, but I'm sure it does not get much better than Minerva, especially after having tried many other Indian restaurants in Tampa. This is the only Indian restaurant that my boyfriend and I go to here in Tampa! The prices and deals are unbeatable and you can get so many discounts with their point system on their website! Every time I pick up my takeout I am always welcome with a warm smile. I have never dined in but I am sure it is just as amazing of an experience. I have to check out their lunch buffet soon!

  My girlfriend and I stopped in for the first time this evening after sampling a few menu items from orders we picked up through the goodtogoapp. We are now obsessed. We tried the chicken biriyani tonight. The portion and quality were fantastic for the price [$16 dine-in, $10 on Thursdays and Sundays for takeout]. I can't wait to go back and try as many other items on the menu as possible. The service and atmosphere were both excellent. We will absolutely be regulars here.
