  It's honestly really the little things, and this isn't much... But. I ordered here, and went to sit at my table. The order was called out at the counter to be picked up. The kiosk says it will be delivered. Look, I know I'm not eating at some fancy establishment like sizzler or Applebee's, but when you're supposed to take it to the table, take it to the table. Don't give me snoddy looks like I did something wrong.

  WORSE LOCATION EVER I ASKED FOR SUGAR PACKAGES AND THEY PULLED ME UP AND NEVER BOUGHT IT OUT TO ME THEY LITERALLY JUST HAD ME SITTING THERE AND FORGOT ABOUT ME. I WENT IN AND GOT A REFUND FOR EVERYTHING. THIS LOCATION IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EVERYONE ACTS AS THOUGH THEY HATE THEIR JOBS HERE. NO ONE SMILES THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL AND THE FOOD IS NEVER FRESH THE ORDERS ARE ALWAYS WRONG. THE MANAGERS ARE RUDE AND WERE WILLING TO JUST PROCESS A REFUND OF $30 ORDER RAPIDLY INSTEAD OF TRYING TO TROUBLESHOOT. ON THIS PARTICULAR DAY I CAME IN THE MORNING AROUND 9AM ON A WEDNESDAY. I HOPE THIS REVIEW REACHES WHO IT NEEDS TO BECAUSE THIS LOCATION NEEDS ALOT OF IMPROVEMENTS FROM ATTITUDES/SERVICE/CUSTOMER EMPATHY. IF YOUR IN THIS AREA KEEP DRIVING TO ANOTHER LOCATION BECAUSE THIS WILL DEFINITELY BE A WASTE OF YOUR TIME ESPECIALLY IN THE MORNINGS

  The worst part is the way the people who work there treat you badly. I placed my order, and when I went to pay, they didn't include what I asked for and said I hadn't ordered it. This country is going backwards every day, and the people who don't even want to work are just awful.

  Unlike other McDonald’s locations and restaurants that prioritize DoorDash orders — knowing drivers often carry multiple deliveries — this store consistently fails to do so. The staff and management appear poorly trained and indifferent. DoorDash is already aware of the issue and has significantly reduced their orders from this location. Corporate headquarters should step in and address this problem. P.S. On several occasions, the store has even locked its doors when nearby high school students are dismissed, preventing DoorDash drivers from picking up orders. What kind of business locks its doors during operating hours?
