  After visiting this particular restaurant frequently over the last 2 years (due to location), I have waited until now to leave a review. The food at this restaurant is exactly what you would expect from other McDonalds; however, the customer service and experience lacks considerably. I have emailed the store manager or owner (whomever is listed at the bottom of the receipt) with my feedback and will adjust my review as appropriate.

  Should be zero stars! It feels like something out of a comedy. I didn’t read the reviews before going to this McDonald’s because, honestly, I never check reviews for McDonald’s. It just happened to be close to where we were staying. All we wanted were three waters, three sodas, and a holiday pie. We placed the order, and at first we were impressed because they offered a military discount. It was the first McDonald’s we’ve ever been to that did that. But when we went to pick up our order, they handed us the drinks and then told us to pull forward into a waiting line that was blocking the exit, just so we could get the holiday pie. There were two cars ahead of us waiting for their orders and one behind us, which meant the entire drive-through was completely blocked. We sat there for twenty minutes and the cars in front of us even longer!! The people in front of us eventually got out of their car and went inside. At the same time, a worker came out with a bag and walked over to them, but the order turned out to be ours. It was ridiculous. While we waited, I started reading the reviews for this location, and it felt like I was living a comedy skit. So many reviews mentioned the same issues: being told to pull forward, waiting forever, getting the wrong order, and cold food. When we finally got the pie, it was squished and disappointing. Sadly, based on what others have written, this seems to be the norm for this McDonald’s. The intersection is Interbay and Macdill ave.

  Nightshift here is so awful. Dogwater service and they’re closed half the time. Management needs a change
