    Worste customer experience ever by the Hispanic gentlemen with medium length curly hair who touched my French fries and then gave me an awful attitude when I kindly asked for new fries. His managers allowed him to continue to give me attitude and yell at me in a disrespect manner. Disappointed to say the least.

    Not satisfied as a customer the manager Ashley was no help didn’t meet at all as a customer, I was using the McDonald’s app she read back that the discount was invalid and told me to refresh the app when I refreshed the app the told me I maxed she didn’t honor my coupon and didn’t help when to the back cash area she proceed to take other orders making sure I was good, And she a manager her communication skills suck need better trying will be reaching to corporate about.

    Great, only bc of neighborhood it's located in. True for most establishments. Avoid the hood based establishments ,for they usually have to hire from local community, which tends to not care about community too much. And if you want your food served with a side of entitlement attitude then you need to frequent the McDonald's on 22nd and Fletcher.
