Pulled to the cashier window, after a few minutes the lady tells me to pull forward to the next window. Wait at the next window…people are passing by the window completely ignoring me, as I watch them. After another 5 minutes a lady tells me I pulled up too soon from the speaker that I now need to wait. I don’t get it. What happened to saying “please wait a few minutes” on the speaker? The rudeness is unbelievable. This was tonight at midnight.

We were missing one fry, one drink, we were given none of the BBQ sauce we asked for and had zero napkins. In addition to this, the fries tasted absolutely awful and we had to throw them away. What a terribly run establishment.

I ordered table service, but the food was never brought to my table; I had to stand up and pick it up myself. Additionally, when I requested a Coca-Cola, it was never provided. The way customers are treated makes them feel uncomfortable and discourages them from asking for anything else. I hope this feedback is taken into account and that improvements are made.
