  The employees wander around the store, going in and out, so my food took 20 minutes to arrive after I placed my order. My coffee never came, and then they told me they didn't have that flavor, half an hour after I ordered. My advice: don't go to that McDonald's.

  This morning I just a Caramel Frappe and I requested more drizzle... the lady that gave it to me looked at me and said "well we have a charge for it". I said "okay then..." gave it back to her. She gave it to the Manager and the Manager came back right away with an attitude and gave it back to me "there's a charge for this, here" and I took the drink. I asked the fist lady attending me "how much is it?" she gave me an attitude. "Naw its fine" and cut her eyes. I realized I didn't get the extra drizzle I requested, and willing to pay. I left with the Frappe and Breakfast sandwhich I just bought. Dissapointed. Terrible customer service. They didn't want to put any extra drizzle on my drink. Not even if I paid for it. I thought what they gave me on my drink, wasn't enough, I needed more. I left quickly because I didn't want my food compromised. I will not be returning to this location because they are rude, even with the simplest requests.

  We had the 5 dollar meal deal & met 2 beautiful twins. Braylyn was such a ray of sunshine to speak to before our morning coffee. She is such a hard worker. Keep up the great work young lady.

  The service was wonderful ,the cashier was very friendly , we glad to stopped to ate breakfast this morning thanks so much

  Worse customer service ever !!!! I went to the drive thru 11/2 @910 pm to order my food before I go home after a long shift and no break . When I pulled in , there was a boy with his bicycle already talking to a girl in the window ( fine maybe he order through the drive through) i went to pull in it took over 1 min for someone to answer ( im the ONLY costumer) when the girl finnaly decided to answer she took my order and I pulled in , in order to pay on the 2nd window ... the boy was still with his bicycle on the window talking to the female on the drive through .. laughing , looking at the phone, passing it back and forth to eachother ... MIND YOU I WAITED patiently 5 MINUTES and not a bother in the world they were just having a good ol time .. I decided to leave this is where it really got me upset , 1st I couldnt get my food or let alone pay for it and YET the mc donald employee had the nerve to YELL BYE and wave as I pulled off as they continue to chat it up and watch videos on their phones .. I will NEVER go back 1st and ONLY . Who ever was working drive through on the date nov 2nd 2025 at 910 pm should get fired .
