I placed my order through the app because it showed the restaurant was open. I arrived at the drive-thru around 6 AM, but no one responded. I went to the window and waited a few minutes, then the manager came and told me they were closed, even though the store is supposed to open at 4 AM

Horrible! horrible services! They had me waiting forever for a pickup and never waited on me. I had to demand the staff member to hand me my pickup order that was sitting there behind the counter. Armando and the other guy were horrible, they rolled their eyes when I asked for assistance. Do not come to this location.

Their machine didn't give me a receipt. The cashier said he couldn't find one in his system. They forgot about my meal even though I told him. Do you remind them? So I stood there until I had to shout at someone and say. Hey, excuse me, can you get my meal in? The guy was gonna nasty about it like if I was bothering him. Machine didn't have ice. So I went back to ask verice and finally I got a nice girl who had a nice attitude But she was like an assistant manager

This was hands down the best McDonalds I’ve been to. The guy taking my order was super friendly and extremely helpful. The food was ready as I came to the window even though I made adjustments to my sandwich. You’d think it was done too fast so something has to be wrong right? Noooo my order was perfect and so delicious!!!! Lovely staff and phenomenal service! Thank you!

So my mom ordered my food through her app at that store and it took a while for it to go through I had to show the manager in my screenshot and explain to him that it’s not through my app. My Mother and I showed him it was at the correct store and he told me that it didn’t go through his system saying I gotta the phone gotta be at the store which is a LIE!!
and the manager was telling me that the phone gotta be at the store that is a lie because I’ve ordered recent before at any other McDonald’s through a mobile order and then I can go pick it up. I do not gotta be at the store to do a mobile order so that manager completely lied twice in my face because I have a mobile order before and then I went to go pick it up so he lied and told me my phone.Gotta be there .saying that my mom gotta be there. that was very unprofessional because I can be home and do a mobile order.. It took a while to get my food I WANT A FREE MEAL CAUSE I WAITED TOO LONG
