What was provided was sandwich on hamburger bun, really doesn't look like a biscuit, how do you mix that up? Missing drinks. Incomplete/incorrect order. Not difficult to read a ticket and check an order. For the prices that are charged this should be a non issue. Tried calling to speak with a manager. No answer, phone picked up and then hung up on.

The burger was cold. The french fries where those small bits and pieces that were hard and hurt my teeth. I went this morning for breakfast and when I got there, there were many people lined up at the counter. One gentleman angrily got up and demanded his money back because he had been waiting over 10 minutes. I was at the kiosk and I canceled my order and left. There's no way I'm waiting 10 minutes plus. They focus so much on the drive-thru that they ignore people at the counter now and leave them standing there. I've noticed this trend at several locations. Here's a good idea, either hire more people or stop putting so much emphasis on the drive through that you ignore your other customers.
