  If I could give zero stars I would. Yesterday on Jan 1st I placed a mobile order at 10:15 AM for breakfast items. I get to the store at 10:30 just to then receive a notification my order was cancelled. I walk inside and I ask why was it cancelled. The woman tells me it’s because it’s “close to 10:30” when I put in my order. So is that the policy if I had been in the drive thru at 10:15? Not sure why my order couldn’t have been made and put to the side like every other McDonald’s has done. Extremely rude and no attempt to even resolve the issue.

  On December 30th 2025, around 21:50 I had got in line at the drive thru to get myself something to eat . As I approached the speaker to place an order, a quick and muffled voice of what sounded like a yo t woman spoke out and couldn’t make out anything what she was saying. I asked her to repeat what she had said and again, I couldn’t tell you so I just said no thank you. I had asked for 2 McChickens. As soon as I was done saying the word “chicken” she asked very quickly if that’s all I’m getting. I understand you want to go home, but please allow me to rely you know when I complete my order, not you. So I tell her I’d like to order another thing, such as a medium fry. The second time she asked me if that’s all I’m getting. I finish with the three chocolate chip cookies. The person in front of me had finished receiving their ordered items and I moved up to the window. A young black male, was kind and had repeated my total to pay, I reach for my wallet, hand him my card and as he charged me I can see in view a young black female who most likely took my order, begin to stare and hear this come from her mouth…”ahhhhh Feliz navidad. Feliz Navidad” and sang along. Mind you I’m a Hispanic male with a mustache and had approached the window of where I’m being a consumer of a business and I’m being mocked of my looks. Very unprofessional and very much did not feel welcome.

  if i could give a lower rating i absolutely would. just got off of work to wait 20 minutes in line, just to find out my food is cold, im talkin ice cold not even cooked. dont come here they will js waste your time.

  I ordered a quarter pounder, they put cheese on the bottom of my burger so it would stick to the box; on top of not even giving me a bottom bun.
