Missing food, food made incorrectly and extremely rude staff. Never returning to this location and the woman working the drive thru tonight needs some customer service training rather than giving straight attitude with each interaction and then escalating things by telling me where to put my finger. Sorry but if you can’t handle a matched attitude then stop dishing it out, especially to your paying customers.

Horrible customer service through the drive thru from a Spanish lady so rude obviously hates her job doesn’t care about that customer just wants to get them out of the way customer service is truly dying I won’t be going back to this McDonald’s ever again wouldn’t listen to what I was asking and she messed up my order and she was talking way to fast I couldn’t understand her that well the lady taking the orders and taking money

This is the worst McDonald’s ever! “We not taking no orders!” Well your sign says 24 hours, so. I’ve never had a good experience at this location. Always something wrong and terrible attitudes. I can’t wait til you are replaced with machines.
