They got my money quickly then told me to go all the way around to the double doors where there was a line of ten cars waiting without a place for me to go there were so many cars waiting so I went around to get my money back and that didn't happen so without time for waiting any longer i just left

Only two cars in the drive through, was the second car. I had ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese plain along with several other items. When the guy gave us the bag of food I asked him if the double quarter pounder with cheese was made plain, he said yes. When We got home and opened the food it had everything on it! How difficult is it to get a order right when it displayed on a screen and only one other order being prepared!

If I could put zero stars, I would. Every time I have come to this location, food is missing, food is wrong, or I’m waiting 15+ minutes. This time around, I went inside to order food with the kiddos and it took over 25 minutes and Austin the manager has never been a help and has always been quite rude towards his customers. I asked for a refund since it seems this location is incompetent on simple tasks.

Not sure how or why, but for some reason, every time I order a Big Mac these past couple months, my bottom bun has been as hard as a hockey puck.
It makes my heart cry a lil, but I just take the bottom bun off every time, and eat it anyway.
(Still not sure why it’s always just the bottom buns, lol)
