  If I can give this negative 5 stars, I will!! All machines for placing order. Staff horribly unfriendly and screwed up orders that are on this fancy computer system!!! No napkins, ketchup, sugar unless you stand at the empty front counter for at least 5 minutes, hoping to catch staff coming out of their hiding places. Bathrooms at 10am are in complete disarray. TP dispensers are broken. Paper on floor everywhere.

  Used to go to this McDonalds quite often, one too many horrible experiences so I stopped.. I decided to give it another chance and it felt like deja vu all over again.. At the drive thru I ordered a triple cheese PLAIN.. Get the order and the burger wasn't plain.. I let her know, gave her the sandwich back and she tells me to pull up.. Waited for a while, I decided to go inside to see what's going on.. I asked the guy, he gave me my sandwich and I said appreciate you.. He gave me no acknowledgement.. I have no idea what's going on with this establishment but that's not customer service.. I will definitely never come back here again

  Terrible servicio al cliente. Espere por mi orden más de 30 min. La manager debería manejar relaciones con los clientes de forma amable y respetuosa. La orden mía fue incorrecta a lo cual solicité el cambio y la manager en ves de tener una actitud positiva lo único que hizo fue irse para atrás con la bolsa y dejarme hablando solo. En la caja tienen a una afro americana menor atendiendo igual de grosera. Muy mal servicio. La calidad de la comida mala y el servicio lento.

  the service at this place was diabolical. First the line was insanely long which i get it being tampa and all and being late at night but still. Along with waiting in line the order was completely wrong. I get back to my hotel room and look inside my bag and what do i see. The sauce: WRONG. The drink: WRONG. The fries: WRONG. The ENTIRE BURGER: WRONG (i'm not lying the literal type of burger was wrong). The only thing that was right in my order was the four piece chicken nuggets. Man i was just hungry and wanted some old reliable mcdonald's but this was regretfully a disgrace to the mcdonald name.

  You can’t win at this location unfortunately it’s the only one on my route home from dropping off my daughter at school and sometimes I stop to grab breakfast if I’m running behind the staff is either so nice or the rudest with the biggest stick up there butts. Today was one of those days I’m not quite sure why they have a female with a crappy attitude taking orders and an extremely nice person handing out food like please make that make sense. I got to the window to make payment after already having to hear this woman’s horrible attitude through the intercom to come to the window I’m waiting on her to tell me my total instead no she throws her hand out flat like I’m the burden to her that she is waiting for I literally had to ask her was she going to tell me the total or just demand me to give her my money like how are you going to catch an attitude with someone for not paying you fast enough but you couldn’t even do your job and tell me what I owed. Idk moral of the story when going here don’t go with your hopes up that someone will actually treat you with respect (:
