I hollered back in to the kitchen area asking for help and a vioce came out saying we don't serve idiots . I'm 62 and nobody I mean nobody disrespects me like that! I will never ever step food in another McDonald's ever again . I'm apoled that this company feels they can force it's customers to use a computer they don't understand and how the staff looks down on customers as though they are above their customers .
