  I go through the drive-thru. I order two McChickens without shredded lettuce and Extra Mayo. The young lady in the first drive thru window, Liliana, has seen me twice so far. When she’s on shift, my order comes out perfectly. Anyone else works drive thru, my order comes to me incorrectly. Liliana deserves a raise for accuracy and quality customer service and satisfaction. I will ask her next time I see her if she was spoken to about performance. I used to work for McDonalds in other towns and states. I know the procedures. This young lady mentioned that she keeps her coworkers on their A game. My rating is for her.

  Ordered Uber Eats nuggets that clearly indicated sauces and got NO sauces. DID NOT GET ANY SAUCES OR DRINK. What psycho eats nuggets without sauces?

  I’m going to write this review, and I’m sure people will say – it’s McDonald’s, what do you expect… First, the person getting my order through the drive-through, was on a personal phone call at the same time, and didn’t hear a word I said, and I had to repeat it and basically scream it. Received my order, the large fries tasted like they had been fried the day before. Had to get out of my car, and go inside. Then right behind me, another patron came in with the same situation. Waited for fries, open the bag, and the large fries were half filled. This is ridiculous, at the very least, because I was served cold, hard fries, the hot fries should’ve been falling out of the container. I had to leave work during my break, burn gas, and come in and tolerate this foolishness. This was a customer service situation that should have been done in the textbook way. And to think, there are two other places on the same side of the street that serve far more superior fries! So I would expect McDonald’s to have their A game on FRY POINT especially during the lunch rush. Do better.

  I typically never write reviews like this but we came through the drive through and all my bf said was hello. He was immediately hit with “Okay Mr. Hello, I’ll let you know when im ready”. We did not say anything else, we just sat there shocked by how immediately rude she was. We drove to the window to get our food, I asked the elderly lady, who was very sweet, who was taking the orders and she said her boss was. Her boss was another white elderly lady with pink braids. I told her that she came off very rude. The lady at the window explained that people speaking in the drive-thru sometimes hurts her ears. We understood but still told her that it was still very rude regardless. We also heard the boss call us assholes in the background, again, just for my bf saying hello. We are very understanding and forgiving people but the way she spoke to us was very uncalled for.
