  No one here has on a hair net this is insane but I will say place is clean for the most part seems to be understaffed though.

  2nd drive thru lane wad closed.It took approximately 25 minutes for the 4 cars ahead of me to be taken care of and for me to reach the drive thru speaker & give my App Code. I was asked to park in drive thru spot #3 but parking lot was full and someone else was in drive thru #3 and it was lacking a sign. Took 10 minutes for them to move & I waited another 10 minutes for order to arrive & employee was clearly confused. She walked away as I was checking bag and I had to call her back because was given small fries when I had paid upcharge for medium fries. It was another 10 minutes to receive additional fries. The mocha frappe was only 2/3 full and a full 1/3 whipped cream. I live 1.2 miles away and carried shopping in, put food that was cold on a plate too reheat, noticed I did not receive sauce for McNuggdts. I quickly made a sweet & sour teriyaki sauce. Sat down to eat and it was creeping up on 8 pm. I was shocked!!! The entire meal was disappointing and I flthought to myself what a waste of money...

  12-6-2025 around 9:30 am I went to McDonald’s on East Hillsborough I placed my Order McGriddle breakfast I asked for honey instead of sugar & when I got my order Honey was all over everything in my bag obviously someone’s fingernail puncture one of the honey pkg. this was poor service those ppl there shouldn’t wear long nails the length should be restricted

  I drove through the drive through and was told “our systems are down we can’t make any orders” dispute the fact that both the car in front of me and behind me made a order no problem. So I walked into the store and lo and behold their systems are working just fine as I made an order on the kiosk. As I also watched the entire staff take orders and give them out with no issue. I ordered a “bacon buffalo ranch delix mcCrispy” sandwich with five hamburgers. The hamburgers were all made with only bread and meat. Nothing else. And that is not what I got. When I returned to the store and tried to have it corrected, the employee argued with me that it was. I’ve posted pictures of what I received. I know the policy is a manager is to make any remakes coming in. And I seen that the manager did not make my sandwich and just had the same employee make it. This is absolutely pitiful.
