    Been in the drive thru for 20 mins and still in the drive thru. Baldhead dude throwing a tantrum. I can see him huffing from the window

    This is the only McDonald’s I’ve ever came across that says our system is down we only accepting cash. We only accepting DoorDash and UberEats.. our system will Be down for 2 hours. This happens on a weekly baisis at this location. Crazy

    I bought a milkshake, but they said the ice cream machine was broken. They didn't offer me a refund or anything. I asked for a coke slushy and fries which would be the same value as 1 milkshake ~$4-5, but the guy working wouldn't give me them. He only gave me a coke slushy. Why would you not replace an item with items of equal value??? It was a really bad experience, I felt put on the spot to replace the ice cream I wanted with something that I didn't even want. I would've rather gotten a free voucher for a milkshake next time, and just gone somewhere else to get ice cream. But they didn't even offer me that, or even apologize, just put me on the spot to pick something else. Now I have this slushy that tastes bad, and I can't even get something else because I already have this thing that I was put on the spot to choose. Very bad experience and would not recommend this location. :(
