  Every time I order a Sunday, paying extra for the additional toppings, they only fill the cup halfway. This has happened to me several times. Other times, I ask them to refill it, and they do so rudely. But tonight, according to the supervisor and the employee, their policy is that the Sunday plastic cup is filled halfway, and they refused to refill it. I asked for a refund. These women are scammers; they get angry about something that doesn't directly affect them. I'm paying almost $5 for a cup that, according to McDonald's policy, is only half full. This is the only place I've ever heard of this. These women should quit their jobs because they provide terrible service.

  Please just avoid coming to this McDonald’s, I’ve tried 3 times to go there and there always trying to push people out of the way to act like they are moving fast, they are gonna make you wait in a corner or parking lot the. Give you the wrong food. I asked the lady today to please just make sure the sauces and everything was correct she didn’t answer and 20 minutes later I get a wrong order. Please management have some coaching or pride in your work and customer service. Don’t settle for being the worst rated McDonald’s in the area. Try to get something good

  The little girl working the drive thru has a . I had a mobile order waited at the drive through all for the girl to take the other cars orders. So we pulled up and she gave attitude. Timestamp 11:30-11:50 11/7/25 id also like to add my food was just thrown into the bag, my cheeseburger was not wrapped up either. The drive thru is absolutely horrendous. Fire the all the boh staff from today's lunch, seriously.

  I received my food and checked it all before leaving (because this location is notorious for getting things wrong). I put the fries in my cupholder and completely opened the sandwiches before I realized they gave me someone else’s order (photo 1). I threw everything back in the back and gave it back to the window clerk, who immediately took the food out to the other vehicle (photo 2)?! Handing out food to another customer after it has already been served to someone else, especially if it leaves the building, is illegal. I don’t even want to know what this place does when no one’s watching. The last photo is what I got when I actually received my correct order. How hard is it to put mayonnaise ON a sandwich, not all over the wrapper.

  I hate the fact that this is the closest McDonald’s to me at the moment. Because this McDonald’s is very disgusting and they’re absolutely rude. You can’t get ketchup or jelly to save your life. All the employees hide behind the counter. I’m sorry the new counter they got because they remodeled thinking it would make the place better but it made it worse you cannot refill your drink. You have to hand them a cup in order to refill it because there’s no drink station every time I put a mobile order in it’s always messed up. So we’ve been noticing that McDonald’s has been doing the monopoly game this McDonald’s doesn’t and when the monopoly pieces were supposed to be on the product, they never were there. I’d like to give this McDonald’s a zero if not, knock it down and build something different.
