  The workers don't check who's taking orders off the counter and the last 2 times I've ordered a chocolate milk shake from this location I've gotten a random soda instead of my shake.

  I give honest reviews good or bad. I have gone to this location several times because I lived down the street. This review is based on my most recent visit. When I checked my order for accuracy through the drive through I could have sworn everything was there. I got home only to realize that the burger was missing from my combo. I went back to mcdonald's and I was given zero problems with getting my burger. I got back home only to realize that my granddaughter's cheeseburger was a single and was supposed to be a Mcdouble. I hate paying for things that I don't get. The staff was super friendly , but the order was wrong.

  I've been to this Mcdonalds a couple of times. The last time I was here, I ordered what I typically order, which is a Mcdouble, plain with no cheese. I order this way exactly because EVERY mcdonalds Ive ever been to no one ever seems to understand the concept of a hamburger. The man who was taking the order very, very condescendingly asked "so you want a HAMBURGER?", I was honestly shocked that he knew what a hamburger was, but I said yes. He then proceeded to tell me that if I order a mcdouble essentially I look stupid and to just say hamburger. Which rude, but whatever. I got my food and it was right for once, shocking, and went on my way. Because I assumed that whoever was running this mcdonalds actually understands what a hamburger is, this time when I went to order I said "I would like a plain double hamburger please, nothing on it just the meat and the bread." And the girl said "so you want a double cheeseburger?" I told her no, I wanted a hamburger, just the meat and the bread. She again said I wanted a cheeseburger so I said yeah, I just dont want cheese on it, or anything else. I pulled to the window to pay and she repeated my order, a double cheeseburger plain. I said yes, but the cheeseburger shouldnt have cheese. She looked confused and annoyed, and said she would let them know at the next window. I pulled forward to the next window, and she was in the process of letting them know I didnt want cheese on my hamburger. They asked me to pull forward, and I have since been waiting for 15 minutes. All I ordered was a hamburger and a large fry. This is ridiculous, and you may be wondering why I even go to mcdonalds at all. I dont know honestly, but I just paid twelve dollars for a meal and I am about to go inside and either get a refund or my food because this is ridiculous. Update: I have reached out to corporate, and I want to make it clear: I have been eating mcdonalds sporatically since i was probably 4-5, i am mid 20s now. My order has not changed. I get a plain hamburger, just meat and bread, and fries. Its weird, dont judge. That being said, truly, genuinely, actually, scouts honor swear on a bible a MINIMUM of 80% of the times i have ordered from mcdonalds or my parents ordered for me because i was a child, my "plain hamburger" has had either cheese or ketchup. Without fail, to the point that i will not leave my spot at the drive thru window without checking to see if my food is correct. This didnt get better until i started ordering the way that i had been up until the rude man told me i was ordering incorrectly and to order a hamburger. I very occasionally crave mcdonalds fries which is the only thing that ever leads me there, and no craving will ever bring me back. After being rudely corrected for something i do to prevent other people's apparent lack of comprehension of the concept of a hamburger i will not be going back. To any location. Mcdonalds could be the last available food on planet earth and i will starve to death, thank you. Today was the final straw and i know one person doesn't make a dent in a billion dollar company especially if they dont order much, but i can get a better burger and fries for the same price at so many other places.
