- JJjoanna3 days ago1.0I made an online order at 524pm. It said delivery by 615pm. I got called by manager Jill at 624 and told they were out of dough for the flatbread I ordered. I said just make it on regular dough, it's fine. She asked what size, medium I guess. She then tried to give me an updated price. No... you are out of what I ordered, I should not be charged additional. Not like I said give me an extra large. She would not budge. Only said she could give me a melt instead. I would have ordered s melt if I wanted one. Horrible customer service! I told her to just cancel the whole order... and then apologize to the delivery driver that had been waiting 40 minutes and just lost money because of you. This pizza hut makes their problem the customer's problem. Regarding the owner response... based on recent reviews it honestly doesn't seem like you make any effort to correct issues.

We paid for our order and then waited for at least another 25 minutes. The pizza and bread sticks came out stone cold and they forgot the marinara to boot. Why if we waited all that time would it come out cold except if they just left it in back on the counter the whole time we waited? We didn't bother to have them remake it as we were late already. This is twice on a row with terrible service and the place is getting more and more filthy. We will not be back and we will be calling the corporate office.

Placed an online order at 4:00pm EST was to be ready at 5:30 EST(unaware of worker issues) Waited from 5:25 to 6:00 pm EST in lobby. Pizza luke warm, negative time service. On a scale of 1 to 10 for management: You couldn’t hit water if you fell out of a boat. 0 is management score. My business goes elsewhere. As for the workers calling out, this outlet will close its doors by January 2026. For the worker who stayed and had to eat what your shift buddies and managers stuck you with, Go find another place to be employed. Do not waste your time on coworkers and management who have no respect for you or your customers time. Godd Bless
