    I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel meal. I took the bagel back because I had no egg and they put the egg but no grilled onions…didn’t realize until I got home. I want what I paid for…damn is it that hard? Do better!! Give me what I paid for!!

    Unprepared for lunch business at this location. They told us to come inside to order then told us they couldn't take any more orders. I don't why the GM decided to do updates during lunch hours. 10/10 don't recommend lol

    Store is very dirty, food all over the floors. Greasy burger and it was raw. 4 employees on break while the tables were dirty. Staff was not engaged. Poor condition the health department will close this place down.

    Why is it so hard to get sautéed onions on my steak mcgriddle at this location? Twice I've had none, this time I got a tiny pinch. This ingredient completes the sandwich and I wouldn't order without. You got your higher minimum wage at the customer expense, tighten up. At least provide the product and service the customer is supposed to get, we're even doing part of your job with the kiosks. Nothing is more infuriating as a customer than big price increases, while still getting the same product and terrible service.
