Ice cream machine is always down (you can hear people on the headsets just tell them its down we dont want to do it). They legit skip cars in line and focus on one. You get attitude continuously. We have tried giving it multiple chances we will just go to a different location. This is awful. I wouldn't mind if the food was at least hot but half the time its cold, you get fries that have been reheated in the oil, or they are overcooked, or your order isn't right. Think its time this place rehires and retrains. 40 minutes in a fast food line is the exact opposite of what it is supposed to be

Then the apparent manager or a little girl on duty told me that I needed to go all the way back around in line to get my order taken it again after she hasn’t taken any orders for over an hour sitting there doing nothing. Apparently, we inconvenience them by making them Do their job. It was the African-American girl working at 4:30 in the drive-through today with Hair in a ponytail. Absolutely disgusting how she treated me and she will go nowhere in life treating customers who pay her bills like that. Very bad example for the young man who was taking orders from her I’m guessing she’s the manager.
