    This is THE WORST McDonald's in town 😭 I live near it and stopped coming because no one ever seems to be working and it's soooooo slow. Sat the the speaker for 15 minutes with a mobile order I couldn't cancel. Food is hit or miss. It's consistently been the worst and slowest since i was a kid. Maybe it's cursed...

    Consider this: stop removing orders from your monitor then asking me if I paid already. Yes I paid. I’ve waited 20 mins for my order with the guy next to me waiting longer. I see a lot of food being piled out from kitchen, but like no sense of urgency from the front counter staff.

    Attempted to get table service. Waited 25 minutes until they finally just put my order on the counter and left it. Got two grinch meals. Forgot the grinch salt in one and no sauces with the chicken nuggets in the other. This is the third time they have messed up an order and the last time I got a coffee in the morning, it took nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru. There was only one other car in line at the time.

    Just close this location. What's the point of ordering through the app if you can't come inside cause the doors are locked or you have to sit in the drive-thru line for 30+ minutes before you can even get to the speaker and give your code plus another 20min to actually get your food. It's always short staffed and they really can't keep employees there. JUST CLOSE THE ENTIRE LOCATION!!!!
