    this is the worst mcdonald’s in tallahassee. you’re gonna wait 30 minutes for a 6 piece and the lady up from won’t even give you your drink while you wait

    If you’re having a good morning DON’T go to this location, your day will be ruined from the long wait to the nasty attitudes. That short manager OR SHIFT LEADER is the WORST. Like how do you have an attitude EVERYDAY!

    I order online to have my food delivered twice now. The first time they forgot my bacon quarter pounder. This time they forgot 2 of my 4 strawberry pies. I call the store with either busy or off the hook signal. Call corporate and I have to complain online. At which they say it's not their fault but doordashs' fault. It's not the delivery guy because the bags are sealed. I would choose any other store but this one. They need new management and a complete overhaul.

    I ordered the new buffalo bacon deluxe chicken sandwich along with other meals. The cook messed up and gave me a wrap instead of my chicken sandwich. I had to show my receipt twice and tell them mutiple times what I was missing. I finally got my sandwich only for it to look like a mess with no tomatoes no lettuce no ranch thrown in a bag with buffalo sauce all over it. Mind you there was no line at all when I ordered.

    Placed a mobile order at 11:30 and got there at 11:50. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no one there, no one at the window. I pull around to the front door where the “manager” is standing mouthing to me that he’s closed. I show him the screenshot of my order showing that I already paid and he just shakes his head saying they’re closed and walks away. They don’t close until 1:00am so he decided to close early despite the order getting accepted and being paid for. Still have not gotten a refund, absolutely horrible customer service.
