I'm one the most nicest, friendly, and understanding person that you'll meet, but when I'm faced with BAD customer service and BAD attitudes it changes my who demnor ! I've worked at McDonald's as a teenager and adult and I NEVER would have treated any the way customers and myself was treated today! I don't care if you're the janitor or the cashier you should ALWAYS take pride in what you do! If you have an attitude, CALL OUT! Rolling your eyes, and acting bothered is NOT the characteristics of a customer service worker! We as customers understand that things get hectic and that you will encounter rude customers, but when you are dealing with respectful customers there is NO WAY you should make them feel like they're bothering you because they simply want to order! There need the be a customer service training at this location! The service was awful, my fries were hard, nuggets was cold, and the burger was just thrown together! I waisted not only my money, but my WHOLE lunch break waiting! None of us was greeted or told I'll be right with you! NOTHING but a nasty attitude! Jobs are hard to find so being able to work is a blessing! I'll never come back to this location!
