If there isnt ice cream, or if the machine is broken, I should not be able to order any ice cream related item. Instead they have all those options available so I order, and then drive over. Only to be told "no ice cream." That's a waste of my time but it's a lesson learned.

Dont even bother ordering in person because even though the website and their sign will say it's open till midnight, this store has the most inconsistent and lousy work ever. Not even a sign or proper communication is done at this location. A woman just stood there as cars and customers were trying to get in or atleast a confirmation to atleast cancel their orders or that the store is closed. Instead she just stood behind a wall with the most insensible face and hair just everywhere was the indication for us to not even bother. Human and adult decency would have just been to properly communicate literally anything, but instead we saw her just completely hair everywhere and unapproachable, so you wouldnt even want a single thing from here anyway.

I always get sweet tea they almost never have sweet tea. How do you run out of sweet tea? The monopoly tags were almost never given when I ordered off the monopoly menu. This time I ordered an Apple pie they just replace it with a strawberry without letting me know. I dont like the strawberry pie so that is $2.19 wasted. .59c a piece for sauces for them to almost never give them. Ordered two sauces they were out of surprise surprise. Didn’t offer replacement sauces. Luckily we always check our bags before leaving because this McDonald’s SUCKS! They take forever for your food to be freezing when you get it. Always expect to spend 20-25 minutes in the drive thru. Honestly making me save a lot of money not coming to this place.
