  We had an amazing experience thanks to our waitress, Phyllis! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She checked in often without ever feeling intrusive, made great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her energy and personality truly elevated our visit. Phyllis is the kind of server who makes you want to come back—not just for the food, but for the outstanding service. Highly recommend asking for her! 🙌✨

  The only way our waitress could have been any worse was if I went into the kitchen and prepared everything myself and brought it to my own table. She had us sitting there for well over 20 minutes before, our order was ever taken. We also sat for about ten to fifteen minutes with no drinks before we ever first saw our waitress. I recommend you send your staff over to nineteen fifty five eller drive terminal twenty five.There you will find the celebrity excel ship get on board and their team will show you how hospitality is done. I will not be back ever.

  Este lugae es increíble, inclusive dentro de un centro comercial, una vez adentro el ambiente es totalmente otro, de verdad se logra ese ambiente de bosque lluvioso, de selva,.de naturaleza. El menú es variado y las porciones son grandes y el sabor es muy único de ellos. Hay tienda de regalos en la entrada. ----- This place is incredible, even inside a shopping mall. Once inside, the atmosphere is completely different; it truly evokes that rainforest, jungle, nature vibe. The menu is varied, the portions are large, and the flavor is uniquely their own. There's a gift shop at the entrance.

  We came from out of town to come visit this place for the first time with my nieces & OMG we loved it! We had a party of 12 & everyone was treated special! We were celebrating my parent’s 50th year anniversary and our experience was amazing! The entire staff went above and beyond in taking care of us specially Naima our waitress! We will be back in town in the next couple of weeks & we’ll be looking forward to visiting our new favorite spot! Naima, thank you once again for making sure everything came out perfectly!

  had such a great experience at the Rainforest Cafe! The atmosphere is so fun and unique — it really feels like stepping into a tropical jungle. The sounds, decorations, and overall vibe make it such a cool place to eat and relax. A special shoutout to Phyllis, who was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind, attentive, and had such a positive attitude throughout our visit. She made sure we had everything we needed and made the whole experience even better. It’s always nice to be served by someone who clearly enjoys what they do. Thank you, Phyllis, and the Rainforest Cafe team for a great time — can’t wait to come back! 🌿🐒✨
