I understand that they moved to automation for pretty much everything, but they don’t even have a self serve drink station here, which goes against the automation idea they’re pushing so hard. If they want more people in McDonalds more often, make it feel less like a funeral home and make it feel like somewhere you actually want to take your kids and enjoy the time there.
